Choosing food concessions for your event
If you are arranging any kind of outdoor public event you mustn’t forget the refreshments. At all day events and evening events especially there is money to be made selling food.
You could of course try and arrange the food yourself but in these cases you are still likely to have to hire equipment. What may be a better option is to arrange for a concession to come in and provide food where they will either pay a fixed price or pay you a percentage of their takings.
Depending on the size of your event you may want several different caterers and what you choose will depend partly on the event type. School fairs and fairs to raise money at hospitals and similar can make a lot of money from food. If you are going to have a lot of children choose a caterer who will provide for them. Barbeque caterers are ideal for outdoor events such as fairs as they provide food that most people like. They of course provide burgers and sausages but can provide vegetarian options and gourmet options as well based on your needs.
Barbeque food also has the advantage that the
bbq caterers can serve to people to eat either standing up or sitting down. When choosing your barbeque catering company make sure you choose one who can provide seating, marquees and anything else you may want provided.
