What’s The Best Time Of Year To Grill Out?

Undeniably, the best season to have a BBQ would be any one of 365 days out of the year. That said, if you want to have a big wing-ding around the grill in the back yard you’ll probably want to wait until you don’t need to wear a parka and warm your frost bitten hands over the coals. A frosty cold beverage goes well with BBQ ribs on the grill but keeping it cold in a snow bank is possibly not the ultimate good-time-had-by-one-and-all opportunity. Good old fashion down home cookin’ Whether you’re a fan of simple grilling or authentic southern style BBQ you know you love your summer BBQ parties. Well, summer is the best time to fire up that gas grill, charcoal grill or fire pit with flavored wood chips and get cooking. Midwesterners in the US of A love them some neighborhood cookouts. Sitting on the front stoop with a freshly grilled sausage (brat), burger or thick juicy steak is second to none in the category of outdoor summer activities. Raise that flag and fire up that grill The ‘official’ kick-off to barbeque season is (unofficially) Memorial Day in America. Rest assured however before the end of May you’ll start seeing charcoal, lighter fluid, gas grills and the old school grills in the super markets and hardware stores. Summer has officially begun!
