Barbeque Catering Part One
When you think of
barbequing you tend to recall standing in the sun with friends and cooking it yourself. It's great fun but at the end of the day, if you're completely honest then it's probably safe to say that it wasn't ever that great to eat... The problem is that while we all like to think we're master chefs, making a barbeque is actually something of a fine art and there's a lot that can go wrong. You're turning the meat gradually over on a grill and using this to try and cook each side thoroughly and through the middle, and you're probably meanwhile trying to enjoy yourself and the event. There's a good chance that some of you ended up with stomach ache, and you may have one or two burns to show for your efforts.
It doesn't really matter if it's just a barbeque with friends, and in fact that's part of the fun. However it's not really going to be suitable for an event that has any more importance – such as a birthday or event where you have a large group of friends.
