Types Of Barbecue Grills
Modern barbecue grills offer easy and fast grilling, less mess and better results. While purists may stick with the traditional devices, some prefer equipment that feature ovens and refrigerators. The choice lies solely with the consumer and what he or she wants to get out of a BBQ grill.
Charcoal grills
Charcoal grills use charcoal briquettes as a fuel source. They come in different styles with added features like multiple vents to control heat and portability so that BBQ lovers can carry them wherever they go.
Gas grills
Unlike charcoal grills, gas grills rely on either natural gas or propane to function. The gas either grills the foodstuffs or heats grilling components to cook food. The price range starts from around $250 to above $4,000. Top-end gas grills conform to high quality standards and last for years. They also support the cooking of virtually any food items.
Electric grills
Electric grills use a power source to cook food. They’re not as favored as charcoal or gas but are ideal for places with no access to these two fuel sources. Fortunately, today’s electric grills are far more superior to what they were several years back.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills use small wooden pellets as a fuel source which burn quickly and cleanly to fine ash. The pellets provide flavor to food depending on where they’re sourced from, examples being hickory, apple and oak.
